Instruction

Local classes in Louisville are on the first Thursday of the month, 7pm-9pm, unless conflicts arise.  Times are somewhat flexible by 15-30 minutes.  Dye pots are always cooking and there is lots of variety in ongoing projects.  Classes are paid up front, 8 weeks for $108.00.  Small visits are permitted to keep the project moving.

The University of Louisville also offers my services in the Fall continuing education department called Options.  This can be found on the University web page.

In June, I teach the dye class at The Green Mountain Rug School, in Vermont, directed by Stephanie Krauss.  There are weekend and week long classes available and two levels of dying.  Techniques unclude, dye by eye, yes without formulas, and how to create any type of look for your hooked wool.
